  • No. While much of our work supports ADHD families, the tools we teach strengthen attention, emotional regulation, communication, and behavior for any child. A diagnosis is not required to get started

  • The best place to start is behavior modification—not labels, fear, or medication-only solutions.

    ADHD is fundamentally a difference in regulation and executive functioning. Children learn best when adults intentionally modify the environment, routines, expectations, and responses around them. When parents lead with consistent behavior strategies, children gain skills, confidence, and self-control over time.
